Proof of the degree, diploma or certification is requested with the response. Change management certification. Proof of the certification is requested with the response. 10 years' experience providing a team leadership or primary support role for organizational and process design for a large-scale business transformation. Experience should include designed target state operating models, organizational structures, process design, value stream mapping, and gap analysis activities. The response should include at least 3 examples including duration of the project or work that total at least 10 years. 5 years' experience with complex business architecture and modelling, including working directly with executive leadership teams and facilitating stakeholder workshops, to develop future state models, performance gap analyses, and develop transition plans to move to the future state. The response should include at least 2 examples including duration of the project or work that total at least 5 years. 3 years' experience developing Organizational Change Management (OCM) strategies and leading OCM teams and activities.
