A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A RESTAURANT EXPO / FOOD EXPEDITOR As a Restaurant Expo / Food Expeditor, you keep orders flowing efficiently from our servers to the kitchen and back to the servers again! You carefully prepare each order as it comes up. Working alongside the chef, you ensure the tickets are in order and that each dish is completed to our high standard. Before running meals to the servers, you check each dish for accuracy, presentation, and temperature. You then deliver orders confidently, knowing that our guests will love the culinary experience.Using your exceptional communication skills, you transfer important information between the kitchen and the wait staff. You enjoy working in a fast-paced setting, and it brings you great fulfillment to know that you play an important role in maintaining the smooth operations of our establishment!
