We are currently looking to add a Residential Sales Professional to our team. The ideal candidate will have a "can do" attitude and be ready to advance in their career. Job Title: Residential Sales Professional Work start and end time: Monday through Friday, 7:30 am - 5:00 pm, with occasional overtime Pay Scale: Base + Commission, Estimated 1st year earnings $60,000, target compensation is $100,000K+ yearly! Benefits: Family Health Insurance Plan Retirement Plan with company match up to 3% Paid Time Off/ Vacation Pay Employer Provided Uniform Family Friendly Environment Primary Job Function: To build a client base of satisfied residential clients by analyzing their needs and recommending high value air conditioning, heating and energy conservation products and services. Required Qualifications: High school diploma or its equivalent Valid driver's license and insurable driving record Must pass a drug and background check Comfortable working with customers directly in their home Advanced customer service skills. Excellent written and verbal skills Basic computer proficiency, MS Work, Outlook, Excel Desired Qualifications: 2+ years of experience working in a commission-based sales position General knowledge of HVAC products Professional appearance Goal oriented with a strong desire to succeed
