We are currently seeking a Contract Sales Manager to join our team! The Contract Sales Manager will be work closely with the Resort General manager supporting our Spectrum/Bears Den/ Eagle's Trace Resorts in the Reunion area. The Contract Sales Manager will be responsible for contacting owners by representing LRR and properties, all for purposes of obtaining contract with owners and helping manage owners homes. Job Summary: Act as Disc Jockey and Master of Ceremonies for multiple Stages at Sunset Walk Orlando. Appropriate Music Selections across all genres and varying guest demographics. Announcements and Guest Interaction as needed. Create a Fun and Engaging atmosphere for Guests. Essential Responsibilities: Disc Jockey Master of Ceremonies Host Special Events Guest Interaction Other Duties as Assigned REQUIREMENTS: (Competencies, skills, attributes, experience, licenses, certifications, required) Extensive knowledge of Music History, Trends, Current Top 40 to Classic library. Ability to interact with guests confidently and interactively. Acts as Master of Ceremonies, routine announcements, guest and partner recognition, ability to ad lib and "Think on Your Feet". Individual must be high energy with a positive attitude. Someone who is guest service and team oriented. Must own / provide top of the Line Turntables and misc. gear needed for live performances. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Excellent organizational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Word. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to clearly communicate with partners, team members and senior leadership. Preferred: Competencies & Qualifications Minimum of 7 years' experience in the Entertainment Industry as a professional Disc Jockey and Master of Ceremonies required. Job Posted by ApplicantPro
