Repairs Customer Coordination - Brent£17.27 per hour Contract – Full Time Duties/Responsibilities: Relevant experience of working in a housing discipline and dealing with responsive repairs or similar Finds creative ways of delivering results which go beyond what is expected wherever possible. Problem solving and decision making - ability to deal with potentially complex situations within a busy workload, mitigate risks to customer and organisation, and achieve positive outcomes Flexible approach with the ability to respond effectively to changing circumstances. Evidence of continuing personal development Experience in busy customer service environment Experience in dealing with all levels of customer in sometimes difficult circumstances. Working knowledge of Northgate or other computerised housing package. IT literate with ability to use Microsoft Office Applications.
