JOB TITLE: Remote Salesforce Business Analyst (Public Sector) JOB LOCATION: Remote WAGE RANGE*: $50-55/hr. W2 - US Citizen or Green Card Only JOB NUMBER: 734013 REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: Experience in working within the Public Sector is required for new implementation JOB DESCRIPTION Experience in working within the Public Sector is required for new implementation Host business requirements meetings with the client Work as a knowledgeable liaison between technical teams, testing teams and business stakeholders Author business use cases & user stories Host presentations of prototypes/demos with business users Configuration and testing of Salesforce functionality during implementations Assist with the writing of business requirements documents for developers & data consultants Assist with User Acceptance testing What We're Looking For: Prior experience with the configuration & implementation of Salesforce.com functionality Must have prior experience working within the Public Sector (State/local government) Firm understanding of Salesforce.com best practices Prior experience working on an agile projects Have knowledge in one or more of the following areas: Salesforce Sales, Service, Communities, Public Sector Foundation or Custom cloud Prior hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration preferred including, creating pages, tabs, views, filters, validation rules, workflows, process builder, cloud flow designer, approvals, profiles, role, security permissions, custom objects, custom fields, relationships, reports/dashboards, lightning UI and other configuration related activities Salesforce Certifications: App Builder & Admin preferred 3-5 years of Salesforce or relevant consulting experience Equal Opportunity Employer Veterans/Disabled * While an hourly range is posted for this position, an eventual hourly rate is determined by a comprehensive salary analysis which considers multiple factors including but not limited to: job-related knowledge, skills and qualifications, education and experience as compared to others in the organization doing substantially similar work, if applicable, and market and business considerations.
