As the Release Train Engineer, you will be tasked with guiding the agile team in providing effective solutions and leading them to stay on track. Other duties include the following. Responsibilities: Facilitate and manage the Agile Release Train (ART) processes and execution. Lead the coordination of resources, prioritization of tasks, and the resolution of conflicts to meet project deadlines. Assist with program and project level risk management and process improvements. Coordinate and facilitate program increment planning events. Foster a collaborative and transparent environment that helps teams to align around common goals. Work closely with Product Managers and other stakeholders to ensure strategy and execution alignment. Coach teams in Agile methodologies and mindsets.
