We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our hard working team in our health center. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing professional nursing care to older adults and good communication and time management skills.Our work environment includes: Memory Care Hospice Care Rehab-to-Home General Long-term Care Responsibilities: Provide direct patient care in accordance with established nursing standards and protocols Collaborate with healthcare professionals to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician Monitor and assess patient conditions, report changes to the healthcare team Educate patients and their families on health concerns and disease process Maintain accurate patient medical records and documentation The successful candidate should possess the following skills: Experience in using electronic health record systems like Point Click Care Experience working with in long-term care Job Type: Full-timeExpected hours: 36 – 48 per week. Set 2-week schedule working 7 out of 14 calendar days and every other weekend off.
