Emergency Response: Respond to medical emergencies, administer life-saving interventions, and initiate appropriate resuscitation measures. Patient Education: Provide health education to patients and their families, including post-discharge instructions, medication management, and lifestyle recommendations. Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, documenting backssments, care provided, and patient responses in accordance with healthcare regulations. Collaboration: Collaborate with physicians, healthcare assistants, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care. Participate in multidisciplinary rounds and care conferences. Quality Improvement: Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care, safety, and outcomes. Stay updated with evidence-based practices and clinical guidelines.
