JOB RESPONSIBILITIES- Registered Nurse Manager - Coronary Care Unit RN MGR - CCU Full-Time NIGHTS Registered Nurse Manager candidates for the Coronary Care Unit (CCU) will have the following job responsibilities: The Nursing Manager provides leadership through planning, organizing, coordinating, monitoring and evaluating the care provided for patients in individual units. Responsibilities include fiscal, human resource, risk management, and operational functions. The Manager contributes to strategic planning and program development and maintains 24-hour accountability. The Manager performs delegated duties and functions within the philosophy and overall scope of responsibility. JOB QUALIFICATIONS- Registered Nurse Manager - Coronary Care Unit RN MGR - CCU Full-Time NIGHTS Registered Nurse Manager candidates for the Coronary Care Unit (CCU) must meet the following minimum job qualifications: Must have a minimum education of a BSN. MSN preferred Must have BLS and ACLS certifications. Must have a current RN license in the State of Kansas, COMPACT nursing state, or have the ability to obtain one. Must have three years of supervisory experience as an RN in a CCU.
