Job Description You will be an integral part of the leadership team, both in your center and as a manager for your Aramark SeniorLIFE+ account. You will be overseeing the day-to-day food service operations for a senior living community, managing a team and managing client relationships, profitability of the account, and staff development. Job Responsibilities Provides nutritional screening, monitoring, and implementation of the nutrition plan of care for the residents under the guidance of the Registered Dietitian Maintains excellent relationships with our clients. Works with your staff to create nutritious and premier quality food for your residents under the direction of a Regional Culinary Director and with contribution from the Registered Dietitian Oversees all P&L and budgeting as it pertains to the account. Participates in resident satisfaction programs, departmental meetings as directed, and QAPI programs.
