Job Description: As a Regional Sales Manager at zencontrol, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth by connecting with key stakeholders, building relationships, and promoting our cutting: edge lighting control solutions. You will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, developing a strong client base, and exceeding sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with M and E consultants, M and E contractors, developers and other industry professionals. Identify and target new business opportunities to expand our client base. Provide product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients. Establish, develop, and maintain positive customer relationships within all areas of the business. Develop and present tailored lighting control solutions to meet client needs. Prepare and negotiate sales contracts and agreements. Achieve and ultimately exceed sales targets and revenue goals. Deal with pricing enquiries, preparing and sending out quotes in a timely manner. Develop a good understanding of the companys products and services to promote all aspects of the business. Collaborate with our technical team to ensure seamless project implementation. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor products. Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
