Job Description: Purolator is seeking a Regional Field Engineering Specialist II to join our team in support of our main induction center in Canada. This role operates in an operations/warehouse environment and plays a pivotal role in data collection, transportation, distribution, maintenance, statistical and mapping analysis. As a Regional Field Engineering Specialist II, you will design tailored solutions, collaborate with the operations team, and implement processes and procedures to support Purolator International's expanding needs. Key Responsibilities: Data Analysis and Customized Solutions: Collect and analyze data, leveraging statistical and mapping analysis to design customized solutions that enhance operational efficiency. IT Business Solutions: Support the implementation and design of IT-related business solutions, creating models and tools used by Analysts and Operations personnel daily. Initiative Implementation: Identify and drive short to medium-term initiatives focused on improving service quality, productivity, cost-effectiveness, and safety. Operational Support: Provide operational support, assist with layout and design, standards development, process optimization, and statistical analysis to inform trending and forecasting.
