This opportunity is with our Good Shepherd - Recruitment Specialist to join our People and Culture team. How You Will Make an Impact The Recruitment Specialist at Good Shepherd plays a pivotal role in shaping the Good Shepherd's workforce by strategizing and executing comprehensive talent acquisition plans. Working closely with hiring managers and HR team, the specialist gains a deep understanding of talent needs to develop targeted recruitment strategies, ensuring the attraction of a diverse and qualified candidate pool. Responsibilities include drafting job postings, implementing creative sourcing strategies through various channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks. The role also entails proactive candidate sourcing and may include screening, including resume reviews, conducting initial interviews, and backssing technical abilities to shortlist candidates that align with job requirements and organizational culture. Ensuring a smooth and communicative selection process, the Recruitment Specialist manages candidate engagement effectively, fostering positive relationships and providing timely feedback.
