As 1 of the largest privately held printers in the United States, we have over 400,000 sq. feet of climate-controlled facilities for manufacturing, warehousing, kit-packing, and distribution. We recognize the importance of continuous training for our personnel and instruct our staff to focus on Safety, Quality, Delivery, Flexibility. We are searching for a Talent Acquisition and Development Manager. The assignments include coordinating and recruiting for positions in all areas of the company, and coordinating the on-boarding background for all new employees to ensure they receive general and job specific training. The applicant must have prior training and recruiting background, along with excellent written and spoken communication expertise. Preference will be given to applicants with B.S. degree andor equivalent work background.
