We have immediate openings for FinanceBanking Recruiters to be based in Rochester, NY.Position OverviewProactively research, test and implement new sourcing ideas and strategies Strong focus on sourcing passive applicants Build and maintain relationships with individuals in the finance industrySource active applicants from online databases, contact lists, internal databases, employee referrals, cold calling, and networking Act as a subject matter expert for finance industry, position responsibilities and client needsPartner with recruiters and clients to produce leads, influence resources, and provide informationScreen and interview applicants for availability, interest level, visa status, compensation range, relocation needs, and basic qualificationsAbility to handle high volume of activitySchedule phone and onsite interviews RequirementsBABS degree preferred with five years of recruiting background Financebanking experiencebackground requiredExperience recruiting for national accounts highly preferred Versed in Boolean and other creative sourcing strategies Out of the box thinker with the expertise to generate high volume of quality candidatesExperience with Social Media recruitment strategiesExcellent communication and people skills with proven expertise to take initiative and build strong productive relationships.Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities are essential to this position.
