RECORD TO REPORT (RTR) ACCOUNTANT : Omni working : Ashford. Monday : Friday day shifts with an earlier finish on Fridays An exciting opportunity as an RTR Accountant to work in the award: winning Custodian RTR Finance Team. Supporting a fast paced and dynamic business which continues to grow. RESPONSIBILITIES As our RTR Accountant you are responsible for Reporting, Compliance, and Delivery. This role is mainly responsible for the financial accounting of Coty Manufacturing UK Limited and other non: trading entities but also encompasses various other tasks within the RTR team. A technically knowledgeable individual who has a good understanding of accounting principles, the business activity of Coty Manufacturing UK Limited and can make balanced decisions. Excellent communication skills and an ability to collaboratively and closely work and support the SSC team and divisional finance colleagues and other internal and external bodies. Your main focus: : Build good working relationships with all stakeholders including SSC and other business users to enable queries to be resolved on a timely basis. : Overseeing the management accounting of Coty Manufacturing UK Limited and non: trading entities including month end close process and monthly reporting is completed on time and with accuracy. Acting as a facilitator and coordinator for month end close. : Preparation of monthly Balance Sheet Reconciliations, quarterly Balance Sheet Reviews, quarterly Reporting and Analytical Packs and other Internal and External Reporting for compliance purposes. : Support with statutory audit, year: end process, Statutory Accounts, Corporation Tax returns, and VAT and Duty returns for Coty Manufacturing and other non: trading Entities. : Act as SAP Risk manager and Site Role Approver for the commercial and service entities of the UK business. : Be willing to help with project work and ad hoc tasks as and when required.
