We are currently seeking a Contract Sales Manager to join our team! The Contract Sales Manager will be work closely with the Resort General manager supporting our Spectrum/Bears Den/ Eagle's Trace Resorts in the Reunion area. The Contract Sales Manager will be responsible for contacting owners by representing LRR and properties, all for purposes of obtaining contract with owners and helping manage owners homes. JOB SUMMARY : The Realtor will work closely with the Broker of Record , contacting prospective P u rchasers, Homeowners that want to sell their homes, and any persons seeking long-term rental . The Realtor will seek any type of Real Estate business all for purposes of maintaining monthly sales goals to benefit P4L Realty. Realtor will p resent , promote, and sell products/services of P4L Realty by using solid presentation skills to existing and prospective future owners . Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships . Reaching out to customers leads through cold calling . Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule . Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments. QUALIFICATION STANDARDS: Education & Experience: Must be a licensed Florida Real Estate Salesperson or Broker . E xperience in a real estate brokerage firm or property management, at least 2-year exp. Ability to be a self-starter and innovate new processes is essential. Preferred College Degree or Equivalent experience Must be a member of National and Local Real Estate boards. Fluent in Spanish, Portuguese, or Mandarin. General Requirements: Maintain a warm and friendly demeanor at all times . Must be able to effectively communicate both verbally and written, with all level s of employees and owners in an attentive, friendly, courteous, and service oriented manner . Must be able to multitask and prioritize departmen tal functions to meet deadlines . Maintain regular attendance in compliance with P4L Realty , LLC Standards . Maximize efforts towards productivity, identify problem areas and a ssist in implementing solutions . Must be effective in handling problems, including anticipating, preventing, identifying an d solving problems as necessary . Must be able to show initiative, including anticipa ting guest or operational needs . Must be a self-starter and able to self-teach. Must be able to effectively increase team members' morale and benefit the culture positively. Must multitask and effectively manage your time. Able to describe Property Management services effectively. Must be able to effectively form relationships with home owners to fully encompass their needs, concerns, questions, etc .
