Responsibilities: • Schedule all home inspections, open houses, and showings • Support customers by attending closing processes when necessary • Provide sellers with a clear listing presentation that includes key selling points and the suggested asking price• Price, stage and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly• Conduct market analysis to ensure listing prices are well-researched Qualifications: • Great communication skills, interpersonal skills, and time management skills • Able to conduct in-depth market research and showcases clear understanding of the real estate industry• One year of work experience in real estate• Ability to use real estate CRM to keep client data safe and orderly • Completes tasks quickly and efficiently• Board membership required Compensation: $75,000+ commission About Company: We don’t aspire to be the biggest real estate team in the region, just the best.
