We’re looking for an experienced real estate inside sales agent to play a key role on our team. The ideal applicant has a knack for identifying sales opportunities, generating qualified leads, and funneling them to our buyers and listing agents. Responsibilities: • Produce sales reports on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure all sales goals are met• Expand our client base by identifying business opportunities in target regions• Gather information from prospective clients and qualify them prior to moving them forward in the sales pipeline so agents can provide an efficient sales process• Put up-to-date information on clients into the database system so agents have the most accurate and current data• Follow up with prospects via email, phone calls, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified real estate leads• Follow the team plan• Set listing and buyer appointments• Execute appointments• Close sales• Grow into a lead buyer or listing agent• Team player• CRM and database mastery• Scripts and sales talk mastery Qualifications: • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car• Candidates must have or be pursuing a real estate license• Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired• Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills• Real estate license required• Commission opportunity• Sales experience Compensation: $80,000 - $125,000 at plan About Company: KW Larchmont is Los Angeles' most collaborative office.
