We are seeking a Real Estate Commercial Sales Agent to join our growing commercial real estate team. This position requires someone who can multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment. The job will focus on the retail leasing and sales, investment properties, and development opportunities side of the commercial real estate business. This position is commission only but you will get a steady flow of lead opportunities from our top residential agents and teams. With commission comes unlimited income growth plus you’ll be backed every step of the way by continuous mentoring and coaching. Responsibilities: • Act as an intermediary between buyers and sellers and work with loan officers and attorneys so transactions are legal, accurate and completed in a timely manner• Create relationships with businesses in various industries to establish future growth potential• Answer all customer inquiries in a timely fashion to help ensure customer satisfaction• Schedule and be present for all property inspections in order to assist clients with purchase/sale agreements• Research real estate market area and provide information to clients so they can make an informed decision• Commercial lead generation• Commercial sales• Commercial lead follow-up• Set appointments• Execute consultations• Sales talk mastery Qualifications: • Possess ability to connect with a variety of personalities • Independent worker who is motivated and self sufficient• Proven skills and knowledge in industry practices and lease language• Have a good sense of marketing, sales, and advertising• A real estate license is required• Commission opportunity• Superb communication• Sales experience Compensation: $85,000 - $130,000 at plan About Company: Our team is rapidly expanding!
