Reablement Support Worker- Warrington Are you a passionate, dedicated Support Worker looking for your next role 4Recruitment Services are recruiting a Support Worker to join the Elderly Services based in Warrington. Umbrella Pay- £15.07 per hour Temporary Role – 3 months initially Monday to Friday – Community based, in people’s own homes Rota work: For example 7am -2pm 6 hours and 4pm-11pm 7 hours with a break inbetween. The role: To support and enable service users with their daily needs and personal care To support Service Users with tasks such as preparation of food, using aids and adaptions to promote independence. To contribute to the moving and handling of individuals maximising their physical comfort. To liaise with other healthcare professionals working in interest of Service users To care for and promote independence for service users at all times Requirements: Recent experience working in a care setting Able to work to a rota that includes evenings and weekends NVQ level 2 in careor willingness to work at Caring nature and strong values to treating people with dignity and respect Good written and verbal communication skills Enhanced Adult DBS registered to the update service Recruitment is done in line with safe recruitment practices. 4Recruitment Services is an equal opportunities employer.
