To be successful as a Quotation Engineering Manager, you must have a Bachelor's degree in mechanical or chemical engineering, with 3+ years of experience in capital equipment or process equipment preferred. You need a strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of the sales process, with the ability to work both in cross-functional teams and independently. An entrepreneurial spirit is also key to success in this fast-paced environment. Technical skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SAP, and ACAD would be a plus.
