Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor? Do you want to play a big part in a company with big expansion plans? Are you a Quantity Surveyor with big aspirations to eventually head up the Surveying Team? If you are a Quantity Surveyor with proven experience working with Main Contractors, then we look no further x2026; We are working with a company that has recently gone through a considerable period of growth and due to successful tenders in and around Brighton they are looking to expand. If successful, you as the Quantity Surveyor will take the lead on a number of the exciting projects and work as part of a 5 man commercial team. For this role, you: Will be an experienced Quantity Surveyor and be able to take the lead on GBP3M + Projects. Will have considerable experience working for a Main Contractor. Will be degree qualified in your chosen field, or be able to demonstrate similar experience. Will live within an hours commute to Brighton. Will have experience leading new build projects at all stages, through to final accounts. The company aims to be a well established Tier 2 contractor of choice in Susinteraction and Surrey.
