Quantity Surveyor : Medway Are you ready for an exciting opportunity in the civil industry. The client is looking for someone with power/energy experience. Experience working on civil projects for power stations. As a quantity surveyor you will be overseeing the resources and project teams on project, help maximise the cash flow and margin, backssing, reviewing and mitigating risks. Day Rate (CIRCA) : GBP350.00 : GBP400.00 Start Date : Mid May Duration : Ongoing Location : Medway Responsibilities will include: : Managing all aspects of the contractual side to the project : Carrying out cost analysis : Monitoring cost variations and writing reports : Allocating work to subcontractors and making payments : Ensuring the project does not exceed the budget : Office based with occasional site visits Requirements: : Diploma or Degree qualification in Quantity Surveying : Knowledge of NEC Contracts : Experience from a civil background with surfacing : CSCS ideally : Experience in a similar role : Excellent numeracy, understanding forecast management, and supplementary financial reports and final accounts : Intermediate user of Excel and good use of other Microsoft packages : UK Driving Licence What to do next: If you feel this role meets your expectations, please Apply and we can discuss the role in further detail and take a look at your CV.
