Job Description: They are currently searching for seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join the team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing the financial aspects of our projects and frameworks, ensuring they are delivered within budget and to the highest standards. Key Duties and Responsibilities: 1 Cost Management: Manage project costs from inception to completion, including budget preparation, cost forecasting, and regular cost reporting. 2 Procurement: Oversee procurement processes, including sourcing materials and subcontractors, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations. 3 Contract Administration: Administer contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring all parties fulfill their obligations and resolving any disputes that may arise. 4 Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks related to cost, schedule, and quality through proactive risk backssment and management strategies. 5 Value Engineering: Collaborate with project teams to identify opportunities for value engineering, optimising project costs without compromising quality or performance. 6 Change Management: backss and manage changes to project scope, specifications, and requirements, ensuring that any variations are properly documented and approved. 7 Cost Control: Implement robust cost control measures to monitor project expenditures, identify variances, and take corrective actions as necessary to keep projects on track financially. 8 Final Account Settlement: Prepare and negotiate final accounts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers,.
