Quantity Surveyor : Rail Projects We are seeking an experienced and detail: oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our client as a key member in their M and E side. The ideal candidate will have expertise in handling a range of projects of varying sizes, depending upon the complexity of the project. Location: Kent Budget: GBP40:60k plus package Responsibilities: Manage project costs and budget, identifying cost: saving opportunities. Perform accurate quantity take: offs and measurements. Prepare detailed cost estimates and analyze subcontractor quotations. Administer contracts and facilitate timely payments. Prepare CVR reports and monthly forecasts. Evaluate project changes and process variation orders. Identify and mitigate project risks. Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting. Requirements: Experience as a Quantity Surveyor in utilities projects. Demonstrable cost management experience Intermediate user of Microsoft Excel Proven experience preferably in a similar role Strong CVR and monthly forecasting skills. Familiarity with NEC contract preferred.
