Reporting to Senior Director Quality Risk, Patient Safety and Performance, the Quality, Risk, Safety and Performance Specialist provides leadership to all areas of the organization in the areas of quality improvement, risk management, patient safety, and the patient experience. Responsibilities: Leads patient and staff experience survey design, implementation, measurement, and evaluation Coordinates the collection and analysis of quality data and performance indicators, using valid measurement tools and statistical analysis Creates dashboards, reports, and infographics for patients, the organization and external stakeholders Maintains records and submissions required to manage contractual quality standards for the delivery of care and service Facilitates incident reviews/analysis to determine root causes and corrective actions Monitors resources, progress, and measures for the organization Quality Improvement Plan (QIP) and Patient Safety Plan Leads internal safety surveillance/audits Liaises with HR related.
