If so, join the team as a Quality Assurance Manager and play a pivotal role in ensuring industry leading standards across the companys Feed Mills in the South of the UK. The Role As part of a team covering the UK Mills you will focus on and have overall responsibility for quality and audit actions across the Southern Mills, while providing support and team cover across the North and East Anglia. This will be a varied role where you will be: Overseeing Complaints: Be the customer advocate by diligently managing and resolving complaints, turning each concern into an opportunity for improvement. Leading Investigations: Dive into the heart of issues, uncovering root causes, and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Conducting Audits: Put your meticulous eye to work as you conduct regular audits, ensuring compliance with industry regulations such as UFAS and VMD and the companys own high internal standards. Collaborating Across Sites: Work as a key part of the quality team to being excellence and consistency across all sites, fostering a unified quality culture. Continuous Improvement: Champion a mindset of continuous improvement, where innovation and efficiency go hand in hand to elevate the quality processes.
