Experience managing and developing a team. Experience working towards GMP standards Knowledge of ‘Private Label Products’Experience carrying out audits Desirable Good knowledge of Food industry standards and regulations including, HACCP, BRC, IFS, Food Fraud etc Responsibilities Manager the Quality Assurance team and ensure all KPIs are met and continuously improved. Provide accurate and timely documented work instructions and visual guides to the manufacturing and warehouse teams. Monitor the quality in process product and finished products using HACCP principles. The development and maintenance of LQC and QA systems to deliver safe, legal products of the right quality to BRC and IFS technical standard requirements. Support the site Technical Manager to monitor and report on weekly Key Quality KPI’s. Auditing of Hygiene, GMP and Buildings to agreed schedule. In the absence of the Technical Manager, act as site technical contact for customers and experience bodies.
