Primary purpose of the position : To be an integral part of the Quality Assurance and Quality Control team to ensure we provide a service which supports the needs of all internal and external customer requirements in terms of quality related concerns. : Be able to identify issue root cause and facilitate swift remedial actions to satisfy customer needs and compliance and in conjunction with Milliken warranties and guarantees. Liaise with internal production teams to identify and correct issues identified. To support external remedial works when required. Key challenges of the position : Co: ordinating with the internal teams to ensure production of first quality product. Sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines. Swift identification of issues and resolution options. Be a mentor to production associates to help support growth and development. : Ability to manage the working day in order to meet the requirements of the department and the standards it upholds. : Skills and application to remediate product when necessary. : Any additional duties when called upon. Key Responsibilities/Duties : Interacting with customers internally and externally with respect, open mindedness, courtesy, professionalism and understanding.
