QA VALIDATION EXECUTION LEAD - PERMANENT - SURREYA biomedical organisation based in Surrey are looking for a QA Validation Execution Lead to join their Quality team on a permanent basis working days, Monday to Friday offering hybrid working. The QA Validation Lead will support and manage the validation execution team with activities such as topics within the Site Validation Plan including but not limited to CSV, cleaning validation, process validation, equipment validation and SIP for the site to ensure processes meet standards and regulations. You will assist in QMS Quality Systems Management activities such as CAPA's, deviations, investigations, change controls, investigations and risk backssments. You will be involved with the management of validation documents including the writing, reviewing, approving, execution and maintenance steps throughout the validation and qualification lifecycle. You will also act as QA representative by leading the team on best quality and compliance practices in regards to the Quality Management System QMS creating a culture based on Good Manufacturing Practices GMP as well as serving as project manager for validation/ qualification aspects of projects on site. Suitable candidates will have strong validation experience and previous people management/ leadership experience ideally within a GMP medical or biomedical environment. You will need to have good analytical skills and be a proactive person able to recognize potential issues and successfully implement solutions.
