QA Technician Accountability: · To ensure quality standards are adhered to on all products being processed· To provide technical support for all products· To supervise seasonal staff and make recommendations regarding training· Ensure compliance to Company quality programs (ISO, HACCP)· Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety Act and Regulations· Back-up Micro duties Duties: · Sample and evaluate incoming raw material for quality standards in a timely manner and compare results to established specification to determine acceptability as received· Monitor all in process production to ensure that products are being produced to meet quality specifications as required by our customers· Assist the on-line production workers with technical support when necessary· Inspect finished products to ensure that products are being produced to meet quality specifications as required by our customers· Solve daily quality problems and make proactive recommendations· Prepare and issue the required Certificate of Analysis· Alert QA Manager of all infractions of product quality to standard. · All suspect product actions high priority· Monitor the inventory levels of standard lab supplies and order accordingly· Collect daily samples for retention and manage all vinegar retains· Perform all other duties as directed by.
