Quality Assurance Product Tester Portchester Up to GBP50k We are currently seeking a dynamic and skilled Mid: Level Quality Assurance Product Tester to join the Research and Development team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the quality and reliability of our cutting: edge products. If you have a passion for software testing, a keen eye for detail, and a proven track record in QA, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities: Test Plan Development: Collaborate on the creation and review of test plans and Spec Flow tests, ensuring comprehensive coverage. Software Solutions Testing: Verify the implementation of product enhancements and features, both software and hardware, to meet required standards. Project Management: Proactively manage open cases in project management software to facilitate timely software releases with the complete featureset. Demonstrations and Documentation: Conduct product demonstrations and prepare documentation for effective product handover. Inbox Ticket Management: Review and route Inbox tickets, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction once the description has been verified. Required: ISTQB Foundation or interchangeable experience Automated testing experience with Spec Flow or equivalent Minimum of 3 years of experience in the role of QA SQL experience, including writing and executing queries Excellent attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent critical and analytical thinking Join Our Team: Be an integral part of our Research and Development department and contribute to the success of our innovative products.
