Property Manager Salary£34,000 a year Job type Full-time An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Property Manager join the one of the market leaders in block management to take responsibility for the day to day running of a portfolio of blocks of flats and commercial properties. Deal with enquiries from a wide range of parties and effectively communicating with all parties. Ensuring all contractor public liability insurance is up to date and copy held on file. Key Responsibilities: Attend meetings both in and out of the office in order to effectively manage the properties Provide advice both in writing and verbal to clients Effectively manage the administrative workload associated with the portfolio and Manage the portfolio to ensure compliance with health and safety requirements Keep accurate records in accordance with Company procedures Take reasonable steps to ensure an up to date understanding of property management issues Instruct contractors as necessary and arrange for quotes Managing contractors Arrange annual maintenance contracts Overseeing section 20 process Holding meetings between Directors and lessees and public speaking Visiting properties and carrying out property inspections Circulating and preparing budgets The post holder may also be asked to support and undertake other reasonable related duties not listed in this Role Description from time to time according to the needs of the business. Experience required: Excellent communication skills Ability to multi task and prioritise work load Proactive approach to role Understanding of property management issues Leasehold experience of 2 years Knowledge of Government legislation Powered by Jazz HR.
