Our portfolio is HUD / Section 8 Housing Our Job Duties include: Supervising the on-site managers of the apartment complexes we manage. Handle Maintenance issues with the on-site managers. Will be the point of contact for the tenants for issues within the apartment complex. Schedule:Full Time or Part TimeWe are flexible!Open: Mon - Fri: 8am - 5pmNo Nights or Weekends! Compensation:$15 - $25 Per Hour DOE + Benefits Requirements:Previous experience as a Property Manager or related industry is preferred.We prefer previous experience in HUD / Section 8.New Grads are welcomed!
