This role will manage full-cycle accounting for a portfolio of properties, providing our customers with timely and reliable financial information so they can maintain strong communities. Responsibilities Providing financial reporting that is accurate, timely and to the satisfaction of the customer by: ensuring financial information in your portfolio is accurate and complete; following internal procedures and practices to be compliant with the Strata Property Act and other governance bodies as applicable. preparing financial statements and monthly financial reporting packages; preparing bank reconciliations for your assigned portfolio; preparing accrual/adjusting entries and assisting in annual year-end procedures; responding to financial.
