Overview WalkerHealthCareIT is seeking a Project/Program Solution Developer Sr. for a long term project in MI. This is a Contract position. The Project/Program Solution Developer Sr. will be working on-site and have a M-F schedule. Description Our client has a need for senior resources experienced in taking high-level qualifications and further defining the conceptual solution for a specified business or functional area. The selected individual(s) will ideally have background in conceptual planning, business case development, qualifications definition, and project execution. Extensive interaction with business and IT executives is required. The expertise to work in a high energy, fluid and deadline-driven environment is required. Generally operating in a strategic capacity, works with line management to evaluate existing systems and/or end-user needs to design, recommend, and assist in the implementation of complex system changes. Familiar with a wide spectrum of IT concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on background and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complicated tasks. Creates value for an organization through the application of knowledge, techniques, and assets to improve business performance. May involve providing objective appraisals where it is often easier for an expert outsider to see the broader picture. Typically required to summarize and present findings to audiences of various organizational levels. Qualifications · Bachelor's degree is not required but expected. · At least 8-10 yrs of background in business and IT roles preferred. · 10+ years background in Details Technology · 3-5 yrs relevant Business Analysis background in a complex environment · Conceptual Design capabilities · Demonstrated expertise to work autonomously; recognize and proactively resolve issues; make solid fact based business recommendations.
