Additionally, 3+ years of relevant field experience in construction, mechanical, and electrical systems is required. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent organizational and written/verbal communication skills, along with the ability to read, interpret, and create blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings. Multi-lingual skills, particularly Spanish, are highly desired. An analytical mindset to solve problems efficiently and the willingness to travel overnight to customer locations, with an estimated travel of about 50%, are essential for success in this role.
