ABOUT THE JOB: The Project Manager - Blast Resistant Modular Buildings (PM-BRM) is responsible for the preparation of competitive, accurate and profitable estimates and proposals for fabrication of BRM units as well as other metal products within our scope of work. PM-BRM will work with commercial and manufacturing teams, third party engineering professionals, materials suppliers and vendors to ensure to meet customer scope requirements and timelines, all BRM certifications related to welding and building codes, quality assurance certifications, cost tracking, document control and final engineering and customer sign-off. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING: Evaluate scope of work and RFQ’s from customers to determine requirements for layout and overall design. Determine if it needs to go through Construction Services process or not. Work through the design options for the structural and architectural components. Based on site blast, area classification, and facility siting requirements. Prepare material take-offs based on drawings and specifications once the design has been reviewed and approved. Source and.
