This position provides essential support that enables the Business Units to fulfill customer needs in a timely manner. Due to the high volume of requests and McFONA’s customer centric culture, this position requires urgency, flexibility, and responsiveness. The role affords the opportunity to support cross-functional partners like Sales Operations, Sales, Flavor Applications, Flavor Chemists, Marketing, and Research & Innovation by successfully executing customer project routing and closeout activities, owning hospitality needs for Business Unit driven customer visits, and gain continual learning opportunities for personal and professional growth. The Project Coordinator/Lab Administrator will report to the Senior Project Coordinator. Project Routing/Closeouts: 55% Facilitate customer request workflows in Salesforce from entry to closeout, primarily for internal customer requests. Execute customer request closeout workflows in Salesforce. Maintain inventory of materials required for closeout workflows. BU Customer Visit/Flavor Heaven Support: 35% Maintain inventory of materials required for BU driven tours & visits at McFONA. Coordinate hospitality needs including scheduling meeting rooms and tours, procuring transportation and lodging, facilitating meals, and attending to the needs and requests of our customer guests and their BU hosts Team/BU Support: 10% Support Technical Team by updating standard requirements for customer requests, recognizing lab needs, and implementing improved ways of working. Support Project Coordinator team as needed for appropriate coverage during absences.
