Please read on...&nbsp;<br />Program Manager</strong><br /><strong>&nbsp;Attributes; CAT Project:</strong><br />&nbsp;Proven ability to synthesize a complex portfolio of demands into clearly articulated and feasible scope<br />&nbsp;Deployment of prototyping strategies to mitigate technology integration risk<br />&nbsp;Adept at managing multiple vendors, with agendas that may not be completely parallel<br />&nbsp;Competence with integrated planning across multiple groups and global regions<br />&nbsp;Comfort with the requirements and technologies surrounding content management<br />&nbsp;Skill at enthusiastically and convincingly lobbying for the program value proposition across the enterprise<br />&nbsp;Ability to parse signal from noise, maintaining focus on what matters in a chaotic environment<br />&nbsp;<br />&nbsp;PROGRAM MANAGER REQUIREMENTS<br />&nbsp;------------------------------------------------------<br />&nbsp;Attributes; Senior Program Manager:<br />10+ years of experience managing large, multi-disciplinary, global programs<br />Focus on change management as a component of technology adoption<br />Ability to organize multiple teams around an aligned vision and integrated plan inclusive of Agile and waterfall approaches<br />Deft management of stakeholders with different agendas and points of view<br />Maniacal attention to program details with the ability to synthesize and communicate those details succinctly<br />Expertise herding multiple vendors, each with its own agenda, in support of unified program goals<br />Adept at organization of scope across multiple workstreams, as well as delegation of authority to workstream project leaders<br />Maintenance of adequate operational transparency to ensure continued stakeholder comfort<br />Talent for representing program status and challenges to senior leadership<br />Ability to solve tactical problems through creation of scalable process-based solutions<br />Bias for action</p><p>Attributes; Novartis:<br />Comfort operating in large, loosely coupled corporate environments<br />Familiarity with operating in highly regulated industries<br />Specific experience with life sciences businesses<br />Comfort operating in a hybrid work environment</p><p>Location: Hybrid role in East Hanover, NJ (In office as needed)<br />&nbsp;Pay Rate: $114.49-200.00/hour<br />Contract: 6 months&nbsp;<br />Health, dental, vision, 401k<br />&nbsp;<br />Why Novartis?&nbsp;<br />766 million lives were touched by Novartis medicines in 2021, and while we&rsquo;re proud of this, we know there is so much more we could do to help improve and extend people&rsquo;s lives.&nbsp;<br />We believe new insights, perspectives and ground-breaking solutions can be found at the intersection of medical science and digital innovation.
