Program Manager ManpowerGroup/Experis IT is currently looking for a Program Manager consultant to work on site at our direct client (large financial services client) in the NYC Market. This is an initial 8 mnth engagement with the possibility of extension. Rates can be in the $713 to $744 per day range (Professional work day). DescriptionReporting to the Head of the Global Program Office for the Global Info Security (GIS) organization, the Program Management Analyst will perform program management activities for a select number of GIS programs. Required responsibilities:Partner with project managers and leadership on a day-to-day basis to drive program management standards, processes and tools throughout the each program. Serve as a liaison between the GIS PMO and Program(s)to facilitate program and project management meetings, communicate milestone and deliverable status, and engage key stakeholders, when necessary. Support the identification/management of change requests, risks and issues. Communicate standard program management processes and tools to the respective Program Teams; and identify opportunities for efficiencies and improvement to deliver results at a project and program level . Actively identify and manage program-level risks and issues, working with project managers to create mitigation plans and follow-through to resolution. Participate in weekly reporting processes and bi-weekly program reviews, including analysis and preparation of project dashboards, metrics, and materials. Creates and maintain program level material including Program Plans, Gantt Charts, Charter, status reports and Program related PowerPoint presentations. Provide structured program management and communications guidance and assistance to the Programs. Perform analysis of project plans, identification of areas for enforcement of risk and issue management including working with project managers to formulate recommendations. Review projects to ensure quality assurance and standardization qualifications. Attend internal team meetings to understand the status of work stream deliverables, as requested. Participate, as required, in reviews of Issues and Risks across IS Programs, development of processes to improve program management and reporting, and the creation of GIS Senior Management Reports. Serves as a program management Subject Matter Expert for any member of the programs. Perform Program Office functions such as quality assurance on PMO programs deliverables, the creation of schedules for IS deliverables, the creation of required periodic reports, and the maintenance of the GIS Program Calendar.
