Always respectful, we like to inject a touch of wit where appropriate.Job description:TheProgram Manageris a critical member of our MSP team, building relationships with key decision makers, establishing and maintaining rapport with the client and acting as the key contact for the overall program management.Responsibilities:• Responsible for all client operations and service aspects as well as for the implementation, direction, quality and compliance program adherence, and management of a Managed Service Program (MSP) with multiple sites and suppliers. • Provides customer with regular updates regarding the MSP, including latest industry trends, best practices internally and externally as well as potential program enhancements.• Responsible for recruitment, management and retention of assigned resources. Provides assigned resources adequate oversight, training and leadership to ensure they reach potential.• Acts as the day-to-day escalation contact for any issues• Designs and implements a team-results oriented culture, reinforcing collective results over individual results.• Works with Business Analyst and other applicable resources to provide accurate, timely and complete performance analyses. Accountable for monthly/quarterly reporting.• Reviews activity and recommends improvement programs as required.• Oversees and maximizes use of Vendor Management System (VMS) technology to ensure optimum, cost-effective, timely and high-quality results.• Conducts/participates in presentations and prepares and/or coordinates the preparation of proposals for new/expanded business.• Survey clients regarding perception of service.Job responsibilities• Bachelor’s degree in related position or equivalent experience.• Min of 5 yrs of experience working in an MSP (Managed Services Provider) environment with increasing responsibilities.• Account management background on a regional level required, national or global preferred.• Strong operational requirements required.• Sales experience wanted. • Must have a proven ability exceeding customer service expectations. • Experience with developing working relationships with key stakeholders. Expertise to interact and communicate with all levels of staff and management.• Must be able to communicate effectively and clearly in writing and orally, both in one-on-one and in group presentation situations.• Must be proficient in PC software packages, such as Ms word, Microsoft excel, Email and Internet applications.Pontoon, with corporate headquarters in Jacksonville, Florida, United States is the global leader in workforce solutions.
