The opportunity Reporting to Manager, Program Development – Jump Rope for Heart, the Specialist, Program Development, Jump Rope for Heart plays a pivotal role in ensuring the success of the program and is responsible for planning, coordinating and delivering on program development, executional aspects and central operations, while driving innovation to ensure program success and achievement of annual revenue targets. Due to the ongoing nature of school-year events and engaging children indirectly through teachers, parents, and guardians, the role of Specialist, Program Development demands a strategic finesse to oversee the continuous enhancement of programming. The position requires an in-depth understanding of program intricacies to lead the tactical execution of plans, communications, promotions, email campaigns, supply chain management and collaboration with the Jump Relationship Specialist team, to support the successful execution of the program.
