DESCRIPTION This is not an immediate opening. THE PERFECT APPLICANT HAS: -Exceptional communication expertise-Knowledge of Rules 40, 203, and 245B -The expertise to lead, delegate and train-Passion for improving lives -Experience implementing budgets-Experience supervising others-Positive attitude and outlook-Expertise to motivate-Proficient in use of computer including Ms office programs-Rates high in the core traits BENEFITS INCLUDE: -Aggressive compensation-Dental Insurance-401k plan with Company Match-Expertise to flex schedule-Great Team Environment DUTIES ASSIGNMENTS INCLUDE: Supervise four - 5 Site Program Directors and assure completion of job requirements listed in all job descriptions. Coordinate with Site Program Directors and Professional Site Support to assure that Direct Support Professionals are trained and are implementing services correctly and consistently. Train Site Program Directors on areas of behavior modification programming, consumer related issues, rules and regulations. Support Site Program Directors and Professional Site Support in regard to consumer related issues. Audit homes and consumer records, ensure all homes meet licensing standards. Act as the primary contact for referrals. Ensure communication with family, case managers, and day programs is being conducted by all Site Program Directors. Act as the primary investigator for internal and external investigations. Ensure site budgets are maintained. Ensuring compliance with Rule 40 and the Maltreatment of Minors and Vulnerable Adults law. REQUIREMENTS MIN REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE: -Bachelor's Degree in a field related to Social Services-1 to 3yrs experience as a supervisor in a group home setting in Minnesota-Valid MN or WI driver's license-Clean driving history-Insured, reliable vehicle for use at each shift-Experience Clearance as required by BCA and DHS-Medication Administration Certificate or willingness to obtain-Current 1st Aid Certification or willingness to obtain-Current CPR Certification preferred*not an exhaustive list EEO/AA THIS IS NOT AN ENTRY LEVEL POSITION.
