The successful candidate will play a crucial role in consistently producing high-quality products in line with production paperwork, ensuring alignment with quality, cost, and delivery targets. Certification in the required skills, as identified by the area skills matrix, is essential. The ideal candidate will embrace change with a positive mindset and be committed to contributing to the continuous improvement of our processes. Responsibilities: Work collaboratively as a member of the AIT Operations team to consistently produce items meeting quality requirements and adhering to the production plan. Follow procedures outlined in the local document system LDS to comply with standard processes, specific area requirements, and health and safety regulations. Adhere to Cleanroom Regulations, local area health and safety requirements, and 5S policy within the work area. Provide progress updates and reports to the Lead Technician/Team Lead as required. Actively participate in maintaining 5S disciplines and contribute to continuous improvement activities. Support training activities for department trainees. Demonstrate flexibility and mobility across MAIT operational teams based on individual skill sets and business workload requirements.
