Location Musselwhite Site About the role: We are seeking energetic, Underground Miners with a positive attitude, good attendance & safety record to join our development team and contribute their skills and knowledge to our ongoing development and growth. Key Responsibilities Include: Operate 45 Ton Trucks Operate Manual and Remote Scooptrams Boom Truck Operation Be an engaged and active member of a highly productive team Take direction from the Productions Leaders and/or Underground Supervisors in a positive manner Work in a safe and efficient manner at all times Your Training, Skills and Experience Check List: 1-3 years of underground mining experience or previous experience operating heavy machinery. Experience in mechanized mining would be considered an asset. HITE training preferred but not mandatory. Ability to sit/drive for up to 12 hours daily Ability to lift up to 40 lbs Experience with Large Boom Trucks, Haul Trucks and Scooptrams. (both Manual and Remote Control. ) Possess Ontario Common Core Certification Current and Valid Driver’s License preferred Working Conditions The work schedule for this position is 14 on, 14 days off, working 12-hour days.
