Position Title: Production Associate Pay Rate : Starting at $21.53 per hr. After successful completion of training on a specific job, employees will be paid $22.98 to $27.94 per hr. Rate of pay is based on the job they perform. Category/Shift : Hourly Full-Time (Monday-Friday, OT and Saturdays as needed) 2nd Shift & 3rd Shift Exact shift placement will depend on the plants current need. Training will begin on 1st shift for approximately 2 to 5 weeks before moving to 2nd or 3rd shift. Must be available on all three shifts if needed to cover overtime. Physical Location : Rockford Container Facility 2100 23rd Avenue Rockford, IL 61104 (815) 398-XXXX The Job You Will Perform: Follow safety policies and procedures Running and maintaining machines in a safe manner Reading factory orders Utilize basic shop math such as accurately reading tape measures, gauges, and other test equipment Consistent quality and count inspection of a product Ability to practice great factory housekeeping Ability to work overtime as needed Requirements For The Position: Stable work history Good attendance record Positive attitude Desire to produce quality work as part of a team The hiring process for successful candidates includes a pre-employment test, interview, background check and health/drug screen.
