If you answered yes to these questions, your career may be pointing you in the direction of DP's Product Solutions team! The Product Solutions team is looking to fill a Specialist I position. The Specialist I role is a key player in making sure that all DP ancillary products are setup within a reasonable time for all clients as well as providing escalated support, troubleshooting, and training to the entire operations team. Reasons you should join Dominion Payroll: Rock solid industry leader for HCM and payroll and original partner in the iSolved Network An Inc. 5000 honoree for 12 consecutive years for being one of the fastest growing companies in the country Renowned for 99% customer retention with industry leading Net Promoter Score Proprietary, web-based technology that provides competitive advantages Locally owned and operated Phenomenal opportunities for advancement Here's what you'll do day-to-day: Service & Support Work on isolated client issues to resolve or escalate to Infinisource for resolution Provide support to Customer Service and other Ops teams on escalations and/or system issues or bugs New Product Testing & Communications Participate in webinars and calls regarding new product releases Test new system capabilities and products as they become available (enhancements, new modules, bug fixes, etc.) Product Setup Proactively take on implementations of ancillary products within 24-48 business hours and make first client contact within same timeframe Accurately complete implementations of all new ancillary products within expected timeframes Training Provide internal trainings to all departments on relevant topics as needed Work with teams to determine needed training topics and schedule Provide Client Trainings as requested Here's what we're looking for: Must possess a minimum of 1-3 years of experience working with the iSolved HCM software platform or a minimum of 3 years of experience working for a payroll or HCM solution provider Must be highly proficient in all elements of payroll, human resources, benefits administration, and finance/tax and how those areas are setup and supported within the iSolved software platform Strong focus, problem solving and analytical skills, coupled with flexibility and a strong sense of urgency Strong presentation skills and being comfortable speaking in front of group Must possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills Exceptional organizational skills and multi-tasking abilities along with attention-to-detail and a high degree of accuracy High level of troubleshooting skills Ability to work independently, be self-motivated, detailed-oriented and organized You are hungry to learn, humble enough to listen, and forming deep relationships is one of your greatest strengths Understand, embrace and embody DP Core Values.
